Virtual Program

We’re pleased to offer a virtual training program for the upcoming Turkey Trot. This is a free program that complements the full training program. Each week you’ll receive workouts and training tips via e-mail to help you get ready for the 5k and 10k on Thanksgiving Day. These tips come direct from our coaches, nutritionist and injury-prevention specialist. To get started on this virtual program, sign up below!

Note: it’s advised that you have been running 2-3 miles 3 times a week continuously before embarking on the 10k program.
